Visitors Terms and Conditions


Purchasing tickets for this event shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms & conditions set out by Bentleys Fairs.

Breach of any of our terms will give the Promoter the right to cancel tickets, to refuse admission, to eject the holder or to confiscate banned items, and to retain any monies paid for the ticket.

Admission to the site is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

Bentleys Fairs shall have no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the site.

Tickets cannot be transferred, re-sold, refunded or re-issued and are sold subject to right of the Promoter to change or vary the performances should the need arise.

All vendors with on-site pitches are to be registered with the promoter at least 2 weeks before the event takes place. Anyone found selling anything without being registered will be ejected from the event. In the case of cancellation due to circumstances or events beyond the control of Bentleys Fairs a refund will not be available. No refund on tickets if any event is cancelled last minute due to ‘acts of God’ beyond the organisers’ control.

Children’s tickets are only available when accompanied by a paying adult. Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the Festival as members of the audience.

Random checks by our security staff will be carried out on persons entering the site to ensure the safety of the persons on site. Anyone refusing these checks will not be permitted entry. No illegal substances may be brought onto the site, any found will lead to prosecution. Any person failing to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the site.

No bottles, cans or alcohol may be brought into the arena, any found will be confiscated. A small amount of alcohol is allowed in the camping area. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals are permitted in the arena.

Any personal BBQ used in the designated area must be of the “off ground” type to avoid damaging the field.

Dogs are allowed on-site but they are to be kept on leads at all times.

Banned items from this event:

Illegal substances-PA’s-illegal knives-weapons-fireworks-flares-Chinese lanterns-generators-flags-and anything harmful to others and the environment. Amnesty boxes are at the gate for voluntary deposits of banned and illegal items which will not be returned to the depositor.
